Would you go out with this guy again?

RedSky asked:

OK so I went out on a date with a guy that works in the same building as me. He seems very nice and he does gentleman types of things (pulls out chairs, opens car doors, dresses appropriately, etc.). Anyway, he has a bass boat and asked me if I wanted to go boating with him on some big lake here in Central Florida. I said "sure", so we went Sunday afternoon. Well, about an hour into our trip he stops the boat, says "excuse me a minute", and proceeds to urinate over the side of the boat. Like that is so gross! I did not say anything to him about this. Like what could I say? I was going to make this a deal-killer for any future dates and just blow him off, but, he is otherwise such a sweet guy, plus he still has a good job...not something that can be said for the run-of-the-mill guys I usually come into contact with. Would you still date him? To this point in time, we have not been sexually intimate.

    Ewww! no!

  4. ashley f says:

LOL! Yes. Everybody has a flaw and he really had to go. LOL! The fact that is a gentleman and had a good job should cause you to stay around. However, if he keeps doing that, talk to him. That is gross.

u were in the middle of nowhere and he had to pee…where would u go? cuz i bet u didnt hold it the whole trip

  6. Teardropz says:

Yes. He seems almost perfect- but no boy can be. So go for it! And if you get into a serious relationship, THEN talk to him about the whole peeing of the side of the boat thing.

  7. ~azn BARBiE doll~ says:

    thats disrespectful to you.

just forget about dating and be friends.

  8. Cynthia says:

    That is SO GROSS!

But if he’s good to you, you should still date him, of course you should. But if he does that again I think you should tell him that it kind of grosses you out. I would!

  9. Angelina says:

NO i wouldn’t go out with him again. If he needed to do it, at least he could hide himself somewhere else & not do it in front of you… Or he could ask you to turn around after telling you he really needed to do it.

I think to do it right in front of you is not sweet, but rude.

I most definitely would! he’s a guy….and guys do guyish things. So what if he pees off the side of a boat? a) it’s his boat, b) he sounds responsible and mature enough to not just whip it out whenever and wherever, so it probably doesn’t/won’t happen often. Give him a chance :)

  11. The new guy says:

    threaten him

  12. NatNat-x says:

Well if he was burting, what was he menna do in the middle of a lake? im sure the kids pee in it and stuff, and theres not gonna be a larl toilet on it is there?
+ hes a guy, he can do that.
Dont tell me you never went behind a bush, or peed in a pool when you were little?

I admit it is gross, but try and overlook, it.
if he is really nice other than that then yes

  13. Bestia says:

peeing over the side of a boat is not a big deal, that’s like saying its wrong to go camping and pee in the bushes, give him another chance, he never really lost it in the first place.

  14. lala says:

GO OUT WITH HIM! im assuming his boat didnt have a bathroom and if you gotta go you gotta go.
if you had a penis you would do the same thing if you really had to pee and were not able to acess a bathroom, i know i would

  15. usedtobeanoptician says:

An hour out in the middle of a big lake…….well it isn’t like he could have excused himself and used the men’s room is it? What did you expect him to do?

  16. Gymnast66 says:

Yes i think you should date him. I would actually kind of laugh if i were there, cause its funny. He had to go to the bathroom, and he did not want to be uncomfortable. Its not like you will go out to dinner with him and hes gonna stand up and pee?! it was a one time thing unless you go boating again. You could think of this as a good thing. He feels comfortable around you. If this little thing bothers you this much… buckle up cause your in for a long bumpy ride.

  17. Massimo says:

if his only flaw is that he had to answer the call of nature, off his boat, then i think you are verrryyyy shallow, if your actually care about this guy you wouldnt be asking this question. i say screw you he deserves better.

  18. shameeka says:

dude!! that is soo rude!! well yeah ok every1 has a flaw but that was just. . . . ew??? Ah i guess it is what is on the inside that counts but seriously, to condone that behaviour You’d have to be in love with him.

  19. colormehappy says:

Similar thing happened to me and yes, I continued to date him. It turns out he is the best guy I ever dated. I don’t know what it is with guys…alot of them have a thing about whipping it out anywhere they feel comfortable. So the good news is he is comfortable around you. If it really bothers you tell him to try to find somewhere with more privacy to go to the bathroom or at least give you a warning before he shakes the snake.

  20. kaliska says:

He’s a man. It’s not like the fish are gonna care. I would give him a second chance, as long as he doesn’t try it in a more public place. So he’s a little rough around the edges, it sounds like the pros out way the con.
